Required Qualifications:
- CDL License (A or B)
- Obtain Farm Endorsement
- Forklift Experience
- Ability to Read Road Maps, and use GPS
What will you be doing:
Transporting sod and sod products to our clients in a timely manner while adhering to all safety regulations and road laws. As well as helping with Farm work once deliveries are completed.
Hours:
Monday – Friday all year, with some short shifts on Saturdays April- October. Off by 4:30 pm or earlier every weekday, 2:00 pm or earlier on Saturdays
Full time:
40-50 hours per week. Home daily, no overnight hauls.
Pay Range:
$17.00 – $19.00 /hr
Deliveries consist of loading trucks with pallets of sod with a forklift, driving sod to scheduled addresses. Unloading sod with a forklift. Drivers generally do not handle money.
Farm Work consists of cleaning equipment, cutting sod, loading sod, etc.
