Our Policies
We cut our sod daily, into 2’ x 4’ rolls (8sqft) and come on a 4’ x 4’ pallet. A full pallet will have 500sqft, 63 rolls and weigh up to 2800lbs.
For Delivery:
We deliver next day if ordered by Noon, or you may select a future date. We do not schedule for specific times, we typically deliver between 8am and Noon.
**All Saturday orders placed for the following Monday need to be placed by 11:30 am Saturday.
Our drivers have a small forklift, which only needs 8.5’ wide opening, and are able to place pallets where you have marked. No one needs to be home for delivery.
*Sod must be laid within 24hrs of delivery. No refund/exchange will be given if sod is left on pallet too long after delivery*
For Farm Pick Ups:
All orders must be picked up by Noon of confirmed date.
Please ensure that your vehicle has the weight capacity for your order.

*No refund/exchange will be given if order is not picked up by confirmed date due to the high perishability of sod. No refund/exchange will be given if sod is left on pallet too long after pick up*
Pallets must be returned to our farm located at 8624 Wabash Dr. NE Salem, OR 97305 to receive a refund.
